Hi, I too had this virus and after 2 days of being very annoyed I found this free link, no fees at all and it removed webcry (Virus-heat) from my computer, the only thing I lost was my wallpaper.
This was an exhausting search, but worked perfect. Start at this portion: "Automated Removal Instructions for VirusHeat"; follow the directions, good luck. It will probably be the fix to your last 3 questions.
