Click on tools in the menu bar of outlook express.
Then to email accounts
Add new account
use POP3
In user information type your name and email address in the correct parts.
In Logon information type your yahoo user name and password then click remember password box.
In server Information
Incoming Mail Server (POP3): pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk
Click more setting - Then advanced tab and outgoing server (SMTP) 587
