SEO: I heard search engines can now parse .js files and js redirects?

Can someone kindly explain what that means?

"JS" stands for "JavaScript". While it can parse the scripts in the code, they do not follow the code if it is referenced as an external file - for example: navigation.js.

I know that I downloaded a Radar Sync engine and it corrupted my Internet sign up file. Beware
