Sounds like you have what is called a browser hijacker. Go to www.download.com and do a search on spyware. I recommend Ad-Aware, Spybot Search and Destroy, and finally Spyware Doctor. Each will search your pc for spyware and remove it. No one program catches everything, so you have to use a couple.
nopes..its not a bug...Msoft can not afford this kind of bug to pay heavy penalties to google
